PACEProject and change request tracking software

Digital initiatives, tracked action by action.

Client: Premier Energies
Software: Project and change request tracking software
Discipline: Management
Status: Private system
Built by: Webstax: strategy, design, engineering

The problem

Project status spread across spreadsheets and meetings means changes get agreed in passing and nobody has the full picture.

What we built

PACE gives the digital team one place for every initiative: actions, owners and change requests, visible without a status meeting.

Change requests are logged and controlled, so management can see what moved and why.
